Here’s the origin story of Mo7ion & The Lab from our founder, Bode 👇
Picture this, it’s January 2023.
I was a lifelong athlete. Imagine six-pack since 2009 type of deal.
But I was in the worst shape of my life.
12 months of back-to-back hamstring, ankle and knee issues with no sport and a bodybuilding program.
On top of that I had a sedentary job and lots of vices.
This might look like the end of a “bulking” period.
But to me, this is a memory of me looking and, more importantly, feeling less athletic and less functional than I’ve ever been.
There was work to do.
3 months go by and I was back on track.
And by 6 months?
I had serious momentum.
Rehab complete. Vices controlled. Stress & Nutrition in check. I was back to full fitness — plus, boxing and football were an integral part of my life again.
Why am I sharing this?
Because this experience of falling off was truly transformational.
It’s the first time I’ve been in my clients’ shoes and able to understand what it’s like to have mobility, stress management, nutrition and other issues that affected both my athletics and aesthetics.
And with that, the principles of Mo7ion and The Lab were born.
